I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latiné/x, first-gen therapist, social work educator, and program leader. I provide collaborative, strength-based, and culturally affirming care and strive to create spaces where individuals feel supported, capable, and empowered to succeed. I support first-generation professional women, especially those balancing motherhood and career growth. My work focuses on helping women navigate complex systems while building confidence, stability, and purpose in their lives. I also work closely with college students, with a particular focus on first-generation learners, supporting their academic, professional, and personal development. As an Approved Clinical Supervisor meeting the requirements of the New Jersey Board of Social Work Examiners, I am committed to supporting early-career licensed social workers as they prepare for independent practice. I have 13 years of specialized practice experience as a school social worker and for the past 10 years, I have developed social work education programs and trained Bachelor’s-level (B.S.W.) generalist social workers to enter the profession with competence and confidence.
